The technician was on time, his appearance was neat and tidy. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed the toilet immediately using replacement parts that had brought along in his truck. There was no delay in having to go somewhere to pick up what was needed. We have used Perfection Plumbing on different units in our condo building. All the owners have had positive to things to say about all the different technicians. This is a company we will continue to use.

Tom called and arrived promptly; he was knowledgeable and professional. Tom fixed our plumbing issue temporarily and plans to contact us again soon with ideas of how we can fix our problem permanently. With an older house, there is bound to be issues but Tom plans to provide us with a couple options which we appreciate.
