Showalter does an excellent job of explaining their proposals and offers. Will even take their time to explain their competitors’ proposals and offers. I was truly impressed. About eight years ago, I had them install a new roof for me. I only had one tiny leak in 8 years. Considering installment of another roof on another section this year. They deserve a 5 star. Been around since 1979 for a reason.

I recently worked with the Showalter team on a roof replacement of 138 units (27 buildings total) and the project was completed within the timeframe established during the initial meeting. The onsite contact (Mariusz) was prompt in addressing all of our concerns and addressing the need of both management and Board of Directors.
